Mamata Banerjee wants to become PM in 2024. For that she wants to expand TMC all over India. It is hostile takeover of other parties, wholesale or retail.
On 23/11/2021 Kirti Azad, Pavan Kumar Varma and Ashok Tanwar joined TMC. Kirti Azad was with BJP for a long time. He represented Darbhanga in Lok Sabha. He won from there thrice. In 2019 he joined Congress. He wanted to contest from Darbhanga. Congress fielded him from Dhanbad and he lost.
Pavan Kumar Varma was with JD(U). He was expelled on 29/1/2020.
Ashok Tanwar was with Congress. He represented Sirsa in Lok Sabha in 2009-2014. In October 2019 he quit Congress. In February 2021 he launched Apna Bharat Morcha.
Operation Flower And Grass is in full swing to accomplish Mission 2024.
Goa Forward Party did not want to merge with TMC. TMC got GFP’s Working President Kiran Kandolkar join it.
Arvind Kejriwal said 25 Congress MLAs and 2-3 Congress MPs in Punjab wanted to join AAP. He does not want Congress garbage. We do not how far it is true. They can join Punjab Lok Congress or other parties. They can join TMC. It will be an interesting fight. Each for each. All against all. AAP vs BJP/PLC vs Congress vs SAD vs TMC is likely.
When Priyanka Gandhi announced 40% of candidates in UP election will be women, TMC claimed she copied it from TMC which had given 40% of tickets to women in 2019 Lok Sabha election. In that case, it was a bad idea. In 2014 TMC won 34 seats in West Bengal. In 2019 it won 22. In 2014, Congress had won 44 Lok Sabha seats. Congress was ahead of TMC by 10 seats. In 2019, Congress won 52 seats, ahead of TMC by 30 seats. If Mamata Banerjee has to become PM, TMC has to win more seats than Congress, so that it can lead a coalition of non-BJP parties if it does not reach 272 by itself.
