Since 26/7/2005 Bombay has neven been the same again. Suburbs received 944 mm rain. Many areas were flooded. Most of the phones were dead. Electricity was cut off. Once again on 1/8/2005 and 2/8/2005 there were heavy rains, though not in the city. Train services are not yet normal. Many people have died of diseases….

Cardinals above 80 should have the right to vote in conclaves which was the case till 1971. Till the number of cardinals comes down to 120 new cardinals should not be appointed. There should be one cardinal for one crore catholics. Italy is overrepresented. Brazil is underrepresented.
